€50 flat rate plus admission per person

Group tours for schools and kindergartens:
€20 plus €5 admission per person

Guided tours for registered groups, school classes, etc. can also be arranged outside regular opening hours.

The ticket includes access to all exhibitions, the museum garden (weather permitting), and our media guide.

Access to the exhibition “Inspirations” on a donation basis.

Reduced admission:
Pupils, people with severe disabilities, holders of the Heidelberg Pass, unemployed persons, participants in the Federal Voluntary Service, groups of 10 or more, students (Heidelberg University students free)

How To find us

By bus:
Take bus 33 or 35 to Neckarmünzplatz, then walk up Leyer- or Jakobsgasse to Hauptstraße.

By S-Bahn:
Take lines S1, S2, or S5 to Altstadt station. From there it’s a 5-minute walk through the Karlstor into Hauptstraße.

By car:
From the motorway, follow the signs toward Eberbach/Neckargemünd until Karlstor, then turn right into Hauptstraße. Parking is available in Car Park 13 at Karlsplatz.

Accessibility

The rooms and the garden of the Museum are unfortunately not barrier-free accessible.

Photography

Unless otherwise stated in an exhibition space, photography for private, non-commercial use is allowed in the museum. Other visitors must not be disturbed and must not appear in the picture without their consent. Flash, tripods and selfie sticks are not permitted.
